Builder Incentives

Financial incentives are available for builders of new homes serviced by UGI Natural Gas in Pennsylvania.

UGI Save Smart New Homes offers participating builders the following:

  • Incentives for every MMBtu saved
  • Free technical support
  • Free marketing materials
  • Incentives for multifamily projects are available on a per unit basis

*Annual MMBtu savings are determined by comparing the newly constructed home against a code-minimum custom UGI reference home using REM/Rate software.
